United Family Homes is locally owned and operated by Calvin and Judy Berg. Calvin manages the business and is at the office every day. Judy decorates the homes and keeps thing neat and tidy at the office. Son, Corwin Berg, acts as sales manager, orders all the homes and helps customers in the decision making process. You may even see the grandkids at the sales center from time to time.

Meet the Team

Brent Stewart

Sales Rep

Brent was born in Twin Falls. He is married and has one adult son. His background includes the manufacturing industry since 2000. He is a former plant manager of an RV Factory, foreman and sales rep for Kit Homebuilders West and now we are very pleased to have him on our staff. He has a very high level of knowledge of our product, options and the entire manufacturing process. This extensive knowledge enables him to answer questions in order for you to make an informed decision and help you build the home of your dreams.

Corwin Berg

Sales Rep

Corwin’s experience goes far beyond that of the typical sales person you’ll encounter at other dealerships. His background includes refurbishing used homes, building foundations, installing homes and now he is available to help you with all facets of selecting your home and construction requirements. He can assist you with floor plan selection, features and upgrades and will also coordinate with contractors. He has over 23 years experience in the manufactured and modular home industry. His training has been on-the-job.

Amanda

Customer Service

Amanda has been in the service field for over 13 years and involved in manufactured housing at the factory level since 2012. She has a vast knowledge of the Kit Homebuilders West product. Her problem solving skills are second to none, she always gets to the bottom of any problem. When you purchase a new home from United Family Homes, rest assured, she will be there to assist with any service work in a positive and respectful manner. We are pleased she has joined our staff.
